Confidential Advisory Conversations
IE Strategic Capital Group advises owners and investors when a decision carries real consequences for capital, control, liquidity, or enterprise value.
Our work includes acquisitions, sale preparation, recapitalizations, capital structure review, restructuring, succession, and selected growth assignments for founders, owner-operators, investors, acquisition groups, family-owned companies, and lower middle market businesses.
An initial conversation is used to understand the situation, what is driving the decision, the timing involved, and whether our experience fits the assignment. If it does not, we will say so.
What to Expect
After an inquiry is submitted, we review the facts provided and determine whether the matter falls within the firm’s advisory focus. From there, the discussion turns to the business, the objective, the constraints, and the decision that needs to be made.
Expect direct questions early. Good advice depends on knowing where the pressure actually sits, whether that is price, leverage, liquidity, ownership, timing, or execution. When there is a sensible next step, we will identify it clearly.
Discretion matters. Client and prospective-client inquiries are not used for public promotion. Highly sensitive documents should not be sent through the website form; those materials can be handled through an appropriate process once the matter has been reviewed.

Send a Confidential Inquiry
Use the form below for a brief description of the situation and the decision you are considering. We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days when the matter fits the firm’s advisory focus.
Appropriate Matters
The firm is best suited to matters where the financial or strategic consequences justify careful underwriting before a commitment is made.
Relevant inquiries may involve M&A, leveraged acquisitions, capital structure, refinancing, restructuring, succession, exit preparation, capital formation, strategic partnerships, or lower middle market growth decisions.
Important note: Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, broker-dealer relationship, attorney-client relationship, or obligation to act. Any formal engagement must be separately reviewed, agreed, and documented in writing.
